Dealing with a customer who is treating you with suspicion and complete distrust

  • The customer wanted texture painting but was not able to explain the design to us.
  • Once, while I was on the site the customer even contacted the company to check about the texture he had in mind.
  • But the company told him that there is no safe painting service department like this in that area and you are dealing with a fraud team.
  • From our company’s side, he got information like that and then my TL had to come in to convince him. Even the other workers on the site were facing some or the other issues because of the customer’s behaviour 

This is a challenge situation that calls for a trust building response
