It is a large organization, but everything is so systematic, HR policy is very nice, Growth is very good, we have transferable jobs, culture is very good. To work in such an environment itself is a great motivation. When we say that we represent Asian paints it gives us a lot of pride. When we go to the dealer there is a lot of respect. Other representatives who visit sites don’t get so much respect or regard but when we meet the dealer he speaks well to us. Even the contractor agrees to take up the work. So, the respect we get in the market that itself works like power and energy for me.
