Sometimes due to lack or unavailability of materials, there is a delay in the project. We understand that the delayed delivery is due to the pandemic, but the customers don’t understand it. Since 25th June I need a material masking kit but I am not able to get it. Last month there was no rope tape in Banaras, work at the waterproofing site had to be done but till now it has not reached there. So when we are doing everything right, giving the best quality service to the customer then just because of the unavailability of a masking kit or rope tape, the site is on hold. So, sometimes such things feel like a setback, you feel everything is ready in front of you but you cannot get started with anywork.
This is a challenge situation that calls for a creator of destiny response to handle it positively
