When I had started my job, I used to have problems making PDFs. We get targets for this. This is a job that has to be done in the store. This needs knowledge of an App.
In the starting, I used to feel that what is this thing? “Yei kya chakkar hai?” So, in the first two months I was not able to do it. I had to go to sites. So, I would stop less in the store. Last two three months were busy. And there was problem of Corona too. So, the store would also be open less frequently. So now, after I took proper knowledge of making pdfs, I now achieve my targets within the first fifteen days itself. First, I used to feel that it is so complex. “Pata nahi kya chakkar hai. Yei kaise hoga, kaise nahi hoga”. Now I find it easy, and it gets over fast too.
There is an application used by the Associate. The customer shares an image of their home. And the associate shares PDFs of how it will look after painting in a given color/ texture. This helps the customer visualize the final look.
