Developing I-Can confidence to face challenge, through study and building knowledge in an area

Yes. Now, it is okay to speak with the customer. I am confident now.  I was lagging in confidence when I came to the field.

I have explained the undulation part of the site. We had stopped it for one month. On that site, when we showed the undulation part on the wall the customer did not believe me. He was shouting at me saying, “Have you not seen it? what is this work? Your job is not good.Everything.”

I got a little nervous, at that time. I was unable to explain to the customer. what this undulation is actually. At that time, the contractor helped me a lot regarding this. Undulation is the basic problem in the wall surface itself. It is the problem of plastering surface that cannot be solved in putty itself. Putty is a minute part. A 2mm layer. It will give the finish only. But it will not cover up the undulations which are in the plastering area. At that point, I learnt about covering up the undulations.

Now I have become confident about it. Now I can explain it to the customers good enough and show that issue. Now I will definitely be able to handle it.

Before starting the work itself I will show the customer-‘This is the problem (undulation). Yei pehele hai wall pei. This problem cannot be solved by us. It should be done in the plastering itself. You will get a wall finish only (from our work). Undulations cannot be covered in this. I can explain this to the customer and I can show on the wall area what is the problem.
