It had come to my knowledge that a resigned ECA [spoken with emphasis] was misusing his I-card. He was using his I-card and going to people’s sites and stating that he was from Asian Paints and giving them his rates for these services.
So, whenever an ECA resigns, I feel, the company should take back his I-card properly before issuing his full-and-final. And also, every ECA is issued an I-card. In case they are stopped in the middle of the road (In Kashmir people are stopped for general inquiry by the police). This helps develop trust.
