The customer had asked for details regarding Royale Shyne product from Asian Paints. I had shared all the details with him. The customer had also asked for details regarding Aspira Texture paints. So, I explained to the customer about Aspira texture. And its coverage area etc.
So, the customer got this texture done by us at his home. Now there is a huge difference between the costing of local texture painting and Asian paint’s texture painting. Local texture painting is easily available at ₹500 [for 20 kg material]. While the Asian paints similar material costs ₹1200.
I shared this with the customer and also mentioned that we have a warranty as well for our application. This fact about the warranty given by Asian paints also works as a factor in our favour.
