There was also this site recently from Jaipur. The customer was not there, it was only his parents along with the caretaker.
The site was a huge one and the overall cost of all the works there would be around 11,00,000 rupees.
It was ground plus three floor house. So, when we went on top floor; the caretaker went below (to the lower floor). The caretaker had some work and had left us alone [in the top floor].
The ECA there wanted to continue inspecting the house. But I told him to wait till the caretaker comes. Because he is the contact person for us right now [for this project]. We will look at the rooms with the caretaker [accompanying us] only.
Then we asked the father of the customer, “When is the caretaker coming?” The father said, “beta in 5 minutes”. We finished the inspection after the caretaker returned. Such behaviours create an impact of a professional service. The customer will not find this kind of professional behaviour with local painters.
