Solving the problem of a client who is irritated with the workmen’s behaviour
There was a painting work in the society. So over there the painters started fighting within themselves, started abusing and creating a foul environment.
This was an irritating point for the customer so they raised a complaint about this and said that either you change the painters or the contractor.
I called the contractor and asked about the situation because we cannot directly deal with the painters because then they also start misbehaving with us. The contractor is our supervisor. So we gave the last warning to them that either you behave properly or we will never work with you in our team.
So the painters agreed and the matter was sorted. But after 2-3 days the same situation happened.
In that the issue was that there were ego clashes between the painters, senior painter thinks that why is the junior painter not listening to me, they need to do work the way I tell them to do, so this was the reason for the fight.
The contractor changed the contractor and then the customer was also happy that we had taken quick action and quick decision to change the painters on time. And also told the contractor that if in the future we work together we don’t require such painters who misbehave on the site.
