Meeting customer expectations

  • If customers see advertisements in which contractors are fully uniformed and equipped with mechanized tools. But on the ground, though contractors might be getting uniforms, the painter doesn’t get the right uniform and that impacts customer’s perception.

The customer has taken a central lead because he has seen full uniform and expects safety. But the reality was different.

  • I told the customer that only the main contractor gets the uniform not the labor. Customers were okay with this and let the work proceed. (The customer had already done advanced payment in this case)
