- One of my challenges was a 27 lakhs quotation for a school. For this site, I had to call the SSO and even Unit Head came for this site.
- I struggled for 3 months with this site.
- I had initially given a quotation for 40-43 lakhs or so. The measurement had not been done properly. The sales associate had also come along with me. All of us did the measurement together but there was an error of 14,000 square feet.
- So the quotation was high due to the measurement error.
At the same time, I was also not speaking properly at the time of giving the quotation.
