Dealing with a skeptical client

  • I had a Lt General as a client. He was in the Indian Army.
    • He didn’t want to get any work done with us. He wanted billing to happen with Asian Paints and not with the dealer.
      • We explained to him that it is a dealer-led service. Dealer himself went to the customer and explained how it works deeply. He also explains how the company is supporting the dealer and the customer – through messages, etc.
      • We also showed him our other projects and see the quality of our work. We took him to 2-4 project sites. We also showed him the customer feedback on those sites – he spoke to some customers and got to know their experiences of the work.
