I had a Lt General as a client. He was in the Indian Army.
He didn’t want to get any work done with us. He wanted billing to happen with Asian Paints and not with the dealer.
We explained to him that it is a dealer-led service. Dealer himself went to the customer and explained how it works deeply. He also explains how the company is supporting the dealer and the customer – through messages, etc.
We also showed him our other projects and see the quality of our work. We took him to 2-4 project sites. We also showed him the customer feedback on those sites – he spoke to some customers and got to know their experiences of the work.
