In the advocate’s case, it took one week to get approval for the material. Due to which the customer, ECA and I were frustrated. But later approval came from the bosses and now we will get the material.
Before this, I would not understand such things. I used to feel that as Asian Paints is such a big company, such approvals shouldn’t take time. But now that I have some experience working here. I now understand that there are some protocols that need to be followed, one needs to follow an assigned channel of procedures to get the work done. Earlier I would not understand why so much process is required for things but now I do. Since I have experience now I understand these things. There is a lot of patience now in dealing with things.
