Recently there was a scheme for dealers called ‘Sanisafe’ for sanitizers. They had to take that business from 100 to 150 and sell 10,000 units
The associate went and printed pamphlets and put his name also at the bottom – he went and circulated it through contractors and painters – also put it into newspapers, etc.
After a couple of days, he started getting calls about it and they were able to achieve their target within a month.
This was a proactive initiative taken by the associate.
