Being proactive at work

  • Recently there was a scheme for dealers called ‘Sanisafe’ for sanitizers. They had to take that business from 100 to 150 and sell 10,000 units
  • The associate went and printed pamphlets and put his name also at the bottom – he went and circulated it through contractors and painters – also put it into newspapers, etc.
  • After a couple of days, he started getting calls about it and they were able to achieve their target within a month.
  • This was a proactive initiative taken by the associate.
