There was a client who wanted to get waterproofing done. He was actually Berger Paints’ client, but we also got his lead. I approached him with my TL, we showed him the video of our damp proof ultra product with a presentation of how we work and how good the product is. He was impressed by our approach and gave us the project. We did the work, he later took TL’s id and emailed him stating how the work was done in a perfect manner and he was very satisfied with it. He also liked the fact how I (an associate) would visit the site every day and monitor the progress. He was very happy with the company’s work. He had written a complimentary email to the company mentioning these things.
