The customer chose a very dark colour paint for his exterior wall. But he was not happy with it, he made us paint there 2-3 times and different colours each time.
Before deciding to paint, we had a conversation about which colour he wanted us to use while painting but later he changed his words saying, “I did not select this colour, I had selected some other colour.” due to which he has also not given us the full payment and stalling us to pay the balance Rs 15-20 K.
Presently, the customer is saying that the colour is not shining properly on the wall, so again you get the wall painted and then will pay you.
