Dealing with a skeptical customer

There was a waterproofing site. The wall needed treatment and the customer wanted to apply wallpaper on that wall. It is very common that the wallpaper will peel off over time if the wall is damp. We tried to explain him but the customer was short-tempered and hence it was hard to reason with him. The TSO also came to the site and met the customer but still, he was not trusting us. Only when the senior officer from the company (Asian Paints) came to the customer become normal. ‘Ego issue ho jata hai.’
