I had put a membrane sheet in a place where the roof was so bad that it could not be damp-proofed.
The customer told me to get it tested. So we did proper testing of the membrane sheet.
However, there was leakage from their pipeline but they thought that the leakage was because of their terrace and the membrane sheet was not working.
The customer said – ‘I will ensure your job is gone – you have lied and cheated me and taken away my money’
I kept apologizing to her – that I will test and show you –but she did not listen. Then had to take a lot of support from my seniors who helped me a lot with this customer.
