I recently visited a site, the customer got rash with us because we didn’t have a digital tablet with us to simulate how the color would look after the painting was done. He said how can Asian Paints not have something like this? Other companies like Berger, etc. have it. A lot of customers ask about this.
I solve this problem by telling them about Asian Paints’ application and also show them pictures of the places where we have implemented it. We have to explain to them in detail.
It takes too much time. To show some color combinations, it takes 2 hours of my time almost every time.
