Growing into a role

When premium customers visit. First, we take the OTP from the customer- the OTP comes on his phone.

They need to be shown versions of room decor. For example, if they want texture walls in their room, we make this on the computer and show the customer. 

Initially, I used to think that the customer thinks this is not important (fijool). That there is no benefit of making these images. 

But as I started describing this service, I realized that the customer does check these images. It is shared by WhatsApp. We have company number 82620-82620. In that, if you call and speak, they will suggest the customer to upload a picture of his home. So, they will share shades with him. The customer can select from ten colours. Then they share proper colour combinations etc. with the customer 

First, I used to feel that the customer does not accept this. But when I am at the store and speak with customers, I realized that there is acceptance.  

When the customer looks at colours in the colour finder, he gets confused and doesn’t understand what to do. It becomes too many colours for the customer to process and decide. So, then he calls and says that ‘whenever Manpreet will come to the store, call me. I want to check the final look.’ That is happening very nicely. Dealer is also happy. Cash also comes in form of incentives and also sales.  

When the target is achieved, some part goes to the dealer, at the end of the month. So, the dealer is also happy that he earns five to ten thousand. The customer is also happy, that Manpreet explains something extra- let’s speak with him regarding the colour combinations.  

Initially, I used to have this problem. In the beginning, you know that Associates worry as to how we will achieve targets. For this, my Team Leader Jaskaran Sir, helped me a lot. Now I take eighty to ninety percent of my decisions myself. If there is any problem, then I call my Team Lead.
