The customer asked me that if this was dealer service, or Asian Paints’ service? I told him that the service is provided by the dealer only. However, we are the Associates [ECAs] who are helping provide/ deliver the service. We will ensure that the products that we prescribe, including the quality of material and the [painting application] coverage is done nicely [is done as per Asian Paints standards]. I explained this properly to the customer.
