There was a target for SanAssure, a service provided by Asian Paints. The target was meant for the dealers. We had to do 150 sites. Then the Dealer would get some cash benefits for hitting this target. This was last month’s scheme.
For this, we had to use ProtexMax sanitization liquid, an Asian Paints product. So, we did not have availability of the product with us. This was not available at the Jalandhar depo too. We got the product on 29th June. And month closing was on the 30th of June. That night we worked till 11 pm with our contractor because I had to share quotations of each site on the App as a lead. Only then the target would be met by the Dealer. So, I went a little beyond and got 60 sites by that night 11pm. The SSO and the dealer appreciated me for this.
This is how the atmosphere with the dealer becomes good. The bonding becomes good. With the customer, the bonding becomes good- (they say)’that you came to help us so late at night’. So next time if the customer wants anything in painting, they will call us. Dealer too feels that I worked so late for his target.
