Responding to a customer’s need and getting the job done on time

  • The customer bought a new flat and got the painting work done. Post work the customer had raised a complaint about some issues they were facing in the wall and it did not get closed for a year. 
  • So they again raised a complaint and it reached my SO sir and then he asked me to visit the site as a TL.
  • When I visited the site I saw there were some issues, and dampness in the wall. 
  • So I told the customer not to worry we will get a CA to inspect this and get the issue resolved. I called the CA, inspected the issue, set a date with the customer, and started the work.
  • Within 3 days we completed the work and resolved the wall issue. We even gave them a Royal Play texture free for one wall. The customer was very happy. And till now I have got 3 more flats for painting work in that society post that work. The same customer who doubted and was not happy with our products is not giving me referrals for work.
