We had a Technical Officer (TO) in our depo, he left the job recently and there has been no one appointed on his post. There are many waterproofing sites that I visit. Some customers who are technically sound inform us before that when you come to the site you also get your waterproofing TO along with you. So, in that case, we face some issues when the assigned person is not there to do the work.
